1. Introduction

• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not expressly prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming on wan345, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on wan345. The operation of duplicate Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. wan345 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to withhold or confiscate any funds or winnings associated with such Accounts without prior notice.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wan345 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any other person. wan345 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your login details. You must notify wan345 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 KYC Verification

wan345 applies a mandatory KYC verification process to all Accounts prior to processing the first withdrawal request and at any other time deemed necessary by the Company. Acceptable identity documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Proof of address and payment method verification may also be required. wan345 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wan345 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Cash Deposit. All Account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wan345 does not apply hidden currency conversion fees on PKR-denominated transactions.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on wan345 is PKR 100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per day and will be communicated within the cashier section of the Platform.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your Account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the relevant financial institution. wan345 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5.4 Prohibited Deposits

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and are legitimately obtained. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities. wan345 reserves the right to return deposits and close Accounts where prohibited deposit activity is identified.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be requested from verified Accounts. Real-money funds that were deposited and are not subject to active wagering requirements are fully withdrawable at any time subject to processing times. Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable and must first satisfy applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.

6.2 Processing Times

wan345 processes withdrawal requests promptly upon receipt, subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. wan345 makes no guarantee of specific processing times where delays are attributable to third-party payment providers.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are communicated in the cashier section of the Platform. wan345 reserves the right to process large withdrawal requests in multiple instalments. Players with consistent and substantial withdrawal activity may be subject to enhanced due diligence checks prior to payment.

6.4 Refused Withdrawals

wan345 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: KYC verification remains incomplete; there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms; the funds are subject to an active bonus wagering requirement; or the request does not comply with the terms of any active promotion.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers made available on wan345 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

7.3 Bonus Abuse

wan345 employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus; placing low-risk, offsetting bets to complete wagering requirements without genuine game exposure; and any form of collusion with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, wan345 reserves the right to confiscate bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the Account, and permanently exclude the Player from future promotions.

7.4 Promotional Changes

wan345 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account before the date of modification, unless the modification is required to prevent ongoing abuse or fraud.

8. Gaming Rules

All games available on the wan345 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, wan345 reserves the right to void that round and return the wager to the Player's Account balance. wan345 shall not be liable for technical failures attributable to the Player's device, internet connection, or third-party software.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface prior to play. wan345 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets accepted due to a technical error resulting in incorrect odds or game parameters.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wan345 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent exclusion, and forfeiture of Account balance:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated without prior notification and agreement from wan345.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your Account.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wan345, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

wan345's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wan345 does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wan345 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence confer jurisdiction on local courts.
